Which coaching package should I choose?
There is no hard and fast rule to determine which coaching package would be best suited to each individual.
Where individuals can explicitly determine an area of concern to be worked on, 3 sessions may be enough to realign their focus to what they want to achieve.
For those who aren't quite sure what it is they need help with, additional sessions may be required to identify the underlying causes that need to be addressed.
Ultimately...
The more sessions you have to work with, better prepares you to dive deeper into key areas that will increase your chances of developing successful outcomes.
Do I need to use my coaching sessions within a certain timeframe?
Coaching packages have a 12 month expiration date from the time of purchase.
This provides ample time to work on key areas and come back later when needed/required.
We don't want our clients to feel rushed on their development journey!
What can I expect during a coaching session?
There are no predetermined pathways for your coaching sessions.
Every individual is unique, and your circumstances at any given point in time may influence the direction of each session.
However, coaching also means that you will also receive guidance on where we believe you need to go if you cant identify what is needed for yourself.
I've tried coaching before, but it wasn't beneficial. How can you help?

Effective coaching can benefit anyone, and most people actually desire change.
However, that desire can occasionally manifest itself in a curiosity for change instead of a commitment to change.

Two things need to come into alignment with your coaching sessions to achieve successful outcomes:
• You need to let go of the ego and ‘be coachable’; and
• You need to be truly committed to wanting change.

Can I transfer my coaching sessions to someone else?
Yes. It is possible to transfer unused coaching sessions to others who you may believe may receive value in our coaching.
However, this must be discussed with your coach and accepted by all parties.
